Terms of payment

1. Registration Guidelines
Confirmed registration is required in order to participate at the 12th International Symposium on Electrochemical Impedance Analysis on November 29-30, 2021. Registration is possible only via the registration facility on this website.

BESL Eventagentur GmbH & Co. KG is the external partner for participant registration and is also responsible for the invoicing and collection of participation fees. Regular online registration closes on November 10, 2021.

The following means of payment are available:
• Payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa Card)
• Bank Transfer

On completion of the registration process, an electronic confirmation of the registration will be
generated by the system which will be automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user.
Your participation can be confirmed only once the registration fee has been fully paid. The deadline
for full payment is November 25, 2021. Participants, whose participation fee has not been settled by
then will not be granted entry.

For all registration enquiries after November 10, 2021 or any amendments/cancellations regarding your

2. Registration Fee

REGULAR REGISTRATION FEE (until November 1, 2021)
Participation „EIA12, 2021“ 100,- €*

*All registration fees incl. taxes.

Online Registration for the 12th International Symposium on Electrochemical Impedance Analysis is open will close on November 10, 2021.

Registration at 12th International Symposium on Electrochemical Impedance Analysis includes:
• Admission to the entire program of the summit
• Access to the Contribution Library
• Participation in the online event

3. Payment Guidelines
Fee payments must be made using one of the following options: credit card or bank transfer. Only
international credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) are accepted. Please clearly state your credit card
information.
On completion of the registration process, the system will generate an electronic confirmation of the
registration which is automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user. Your participation
will only be confirmed once the registration fee has been paid in full.

The deadline for full payment is November 25, 2021. Participants whose participation fee has not been
settled by November 25, 2021 will not be granted entry.

4. Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted by e-mail to helpdesk@besl-eventagentur.de

Refund Policy

Please refer to the following important deadlines for cancellation:
• until November 09, 2021: 100% refund, minus a 10,00 € administrative charge
• from November 10, 2021: no refund
